Shipping Policy

Free Shipping is available for all orders above $50.

Purchases made on this site are shipped within five (5) Business Days using the best available rate from USPS First Class Package, UPS Parcel or Amazon Logistics.

At this time, orders placed on this website (https://shopyamaze.com) can only be shipped to addresses within the United States of America. We currently do not ship to foreign nations nor United States Territories.

Once the tracking status is marked as "Delivered" on the delivery provider's website, we will deem the order to be completed.

Incorrect Shipping Address Details

You are solely responsible for inputting the correct address details at checkout.

In the event a wrong address is entered, we are not able to send out a replacement unless the items you have ordered are returned to us. In addition, we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee for re-sending the order to the correct address after the return order is received.

Some common shipping address errors includes:

1. The Shipping Address does not include the apartment number

2. The Billing Address was input as the shipping destination by accident

We will not provide a refund nor replacement for wrong address details.

Note: We are not responsible for any misdelivered packages nor erroneous address deliveries outside our control, including unaddressed customer service requests or USPS service mistakes.

Modify or Canceling Orders

If you make an error when placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@shopyamaze.com so that we can make the necessary changes. Do not place a new order.

If you wish to completely cancel an order, contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Please note that we're unable to modify or cancel an order after we've sent the shipping confirmation.

A cancelation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the refund to cover the card processing fees.

Lost Packages

Please contact us at hello@shopyamaze.com if the estimated transit time has passed and there are no recent tracking updates. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and we will replace the package once an insurance claim is accepted.

If you receive a delivery notification but you are unable to find the package at the specified location, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We are unable to file a claim for packages stolen at your property if the carrier has proof of delivery. Packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect address, fictitious names or phone numbers do not qualify for product replacement.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds on orders that have already been shipped.

Fraudulent orders

We reserve the right to cancel orders flagged as potentially fraudulent by the payment processor as well as orders containing suspicious details.

Attempts to commit credit card chargeback fraud or refund fraud will be reported to the police without any warning.
